Who we are

Holly Lamoureux is an Arkansas attorney with a background in public service, legislative advocacy, and regulatory law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University, where she majored in political science.

Holly has worked at the intersection of law and public policy throughout her career. She served as an attorney for the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, where she acted as legal counsel for the state’s Medical Marijuana Division, advising on regulatory compliance and administrative matters.

She also worked with a government consulting firm, closely monitoring the legislative and executive branches of Arkansas state government. In that role, she attended committee meetings, tracked legislation, and advocated on behalf of Arkansas-based companies, helping clients navigate complex policy and regulatory landscapes.

Outside of her professional work, Holly is deeply rooted in Arkansas and passionate about civic engagement, thoughtful public dialogue, and community involvement. She has a strong interest in Arkansas history, law, and true crime (She is a Host of the podcast “Over My Dead Pod”), and enjoys exploring the stories that shape the state’s legal and political landscape. Holly is married and the proud owner of two dachshunds, who keep life entertaining and well-balanced. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and creating spaces that feel warm and welcoming at home.
